Sign up at clipweave.ai/signup using your email or Google account. Verify your email and you're ready to go.
From the dashboard, click Create Event. Give your event a name, date, and optional description. ClipWeave generates a unique upload link and QR code for your guests.
Share the QR code or upload link with your event attendees. Guests can upload video clips directly from their phones — no app download required.
Once your clips are in, hit Weave. Our AI analyses each clip, sequences them chronologically, trims dead air, and produces a polished highlight reel you can download and share.
ClipWeave accepts MP4, MOV, and WebM files. Most smartphone videos work out of the box.
Individual clips can be up to 500 MB. There is no limit on the total number of clips per event.
No. Guests upload clips via a shareable link or QR code without signing up.
Most highlight reels are ready within a few minutes, depending on the number and length of clips.
You can re-order clips, exclude specific ones, and regenerate the reel with different settings.
You can delete individual events or your entire account from the dashboard settings. All associated videos and data are permanently removed.
No. Your videos are processed solely to create your highlight reel and are never used for model training.
